PRESS RELEASE: ROZA is the first to agree Horizontal Monitoring for foreign clients Print PRESS RELEASE: ROZA is the first to agree Horizontal Monitoring for foreign clients

Within the framework of horizontal monitoring (Horizontaal Toezicht), ROZA is the first payroll service provider in the Netherlands to sign a collaboration agreement with the Limburg tax authorities/International Office in terms of submitting payroll tax forms for international businesses operating in the Netherlands.

Since 1999, one unit of ROZA, Roza Salarisverwerking B.V., has been engaged in payroll services and advising international businesses that have employed staff in the Netherlands or that have seconded foreign staff in the Netherlands. A considerable client portfolio is served by a team of experienced staff and specialists.

It concerns a full service package, ranging from periodic payroll services to advice about complex remuneration issues. By immediately seizing on current changes in legislation on the one hand and by properly controlling internal processes on the other, ROZA guarantees a high quality of its services.

Based on the quality assurance system applied by ROZA, the tax authorities have expressed their wish to take part in a special collaboration with ROZA.

Under this collaboration agreement, the tax authorities and ROZA have agreed to inform each other in advance, in order to prevent intensive checks in retrospective. As a result of this collaboration, both parties will conduct more prior consultations with regard to relevant fiscal issues. It also means that ROZA, in the event of doubts about fiscal matters, will contact the tax authorities in order to arrange how to deal with them. The agreement also offers more legal certainty for international clients. All this is based on the continued growth of mutual trust, transparency and understanding.

ROZA is the first payroll service provider in the Netherlands to sign a collaboration agreement with the tax authorities for this target group.

The agreement was signed by both parties on 15 December 2011. ROZA's objective is to continue ROZA's high-quality services, focusing on the interests of international clients.
